ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Legacy’s Leadership Program is organized around four tracks: Time, Money, Voice, and Vote. In each of the four tracks, students will develop the following skills: Self Awareness, Social Awareness, Goal Setting, and Strategic Planning. These, in addition to specific skills within each track, will equip students to take action around a cause that they care about.
HOW IT WORKS
Our Leadership Program is a free, online program hosted on our digital platform. Students can move through our programs as individuals or as part of a class cohort. Each specific track includes a mix of video lessons, interactive pdfs, games, and surveys that deliver engaging, skill-based training. Upon completion of the online journey, students will be challenged to execute a call-to-action and apply the skills they’ve learned to positively impact their chosen cause!
TRACK SPECIFIC SKILLS
TIME: Time Management, Planning, and Prioritization
MONEY: Budgeting, Financial Literacy, Fundraising
VOICE: Confidence, Public Speaking, Marketing
VOTE: Decision Making, Responsibility, and Recruitment
